PostSubject: Hi there,,, New Member Alert!   Sun Jan 16, 2011 9:22 pm

Hello everyone!

My name is Toby and my partner is Maria, we will both be posting under the same username so may get confusing but will try to make sure we mark whos who at the start of a thread!!!!

We live in Northampton and Maria has been a believer for some years but i on the other hand have been a sceptic!! taking the chance when Most Haunted came on to catch 40 winks on the setee much to the dismay of my missus whos trying to decipher knocks and bangs in between my snores!! LOL.
This was the case up untill last friday 14th when we both went on a ghost hunt with Haunted Happenings at Falstaff Museum in Stafford, I got it for her as a Xmas present not thinking straight and then realised id have to take her!!! So off we went to the event and lets just say there was quite a few things that happened throughout the night to various people, some of which was absolutlly hilarious and other things that were quite strange, but of course me being a sceptic i found an explanation for all of it!!! UNTILL i voluntered to go off on a lone vigil as i thought to myself if somethings going to happen i want to be sure that its un-explainable and much to my fright but delight it did i saw several flashes of light from an empty corridor that was totally empty and then when the host came and sat with me there was a massive flash which we both reacted to at the same time and his face was as shocked as mine!! it then happened again and again in front of around 5-6 of us. So i am therefore converted!!!! booked the next trip,, signed up to the forums,, and awaiting the T-shirt!!!

Think ive gone on enough for a first post so will leave it there!!

I am about to attempt to post a picture, in the correct place!, i was given a couple of years ago now im converted i am really interested in other peoples views on it as i think its quite shocking its a bit more than your average orb or ghost pic its a full manifestation or is it?? Please help!! the full story as i have it will accompany the pic!!

Tata for now,
Maria and Toby.

Thankyou for all your welcomes the "new members" part of this forum is a great way to introduce yourself!!

Ive been browsing loads of other threads, watching vids and picking up on the termonology thats used, theres some amazing bits and peices when you get going and its quite addictive too. Thankyou for the links to the Falstaff investigation (arwen) that you guys carried out it was really good to see and recognise where you were exactly in each room and the stairs which is where my experience was. I dont know whats happened to me since then but im getting almost possesed with reading ,watching and trying to learn as much as i can about everything i can to do with paranormal activity, im now starting to think about getting some equipment for myself!!

As i said at the start,, Thankyou all very much for welcoming us here and i sincerely look forward to posting more and hopefully meeting some of you face to face at some events!!
